GENERAL REGISTRATION

Accommodation

A number of rooms in different price categories have been pre-booked for delegates.  July is high tourist season in Iceland and accommodation can be difficult to come by if arrangements are not made in time. To secure the accommodation of your choice, we recommend that you submit your registration with hotel booking as early as possible. Bookings are made directly via the registration form.

Full hotel payment is required upon booking, but individual accommodation bookings will be refunded, less administration fee of ISK 9.000, if cancellations are made no less than 48 hours (working days) before the arrival date. Full payment for the first night will be charged if cancellation is not received in time.

All hotel reservations, especially after May 15, 2014, will be subject to availability.

All listed prices are per room per night and include breakfast as well as taxes. Breakfast is normally served at hotels between 07:00 to 10.00 every morning. All hotels have 24 hour lobby service. The check-in and check-out times at hotels are mostly as follows: check-in time from 14:00 and check–out time before 12:00. Please note, however, that this can vary from one hotel to another.

Members who would like to share a double room please contact Jessica Rezunyk, Graduate Assistant, NCS, by 15 April. The contact information of interested members will then be forwarded to other members also looking to share. Once members have established contact with each other please contact the local arrangement committee at gudrun@congress.is to arrange the booking and payment of the hotel. Please note that availability of selected hotel rooms can not be guaranteed.
